Does the EE Shop sale P-channel power FET transistors?

The EE Shop gets a lot of requests for P-channel power FET transistors, to complement the IRF840 or similar N-channel power FETS in applications like H-bridges or power amps.
Unfortunately, P-channel power FETs are much less common and much more expensive: about $7.00 each even in large quantities, so we can't afford to stock them.
If you must have one, go on-line to www.jameco.com and purchase part number 272911 . Alternatively, we do stock inexpensive complementary bipolar power transistors, the D44H11 and D45H11, for these kinds of applications.
