Q. What are the shop hours?
A. Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 4:pm and 99% of the time someone is here over lunch.
Q. How can we pay for parts?
A. Cash, check or N-card.
Q. Are you here during Summer break?
A. Yes, the only time we a not is during Chrismas shutdown.
Q Do you ever work Saturdays?
A. NO.
Q. How much is 3D Printing cost?
A. For filament printing it about $.05 a gram. For the Liquid Resin printer it is $.25 per ml and $5.00 surcharge.
Q. What is your hourly charge?
A. For students it is nothing. For Research or Department equiment repair it's $34.00hr.
Q. How long does it take for a pcb to be made?
A. Depends how busy we are. Most times next day, sometimes same day.
Q. How much does is cost for a pcb?
A. It all depends on the size of the pcb and number of drill holes. Ask Tom in the E.E. Shop.
Q. How long does it take to get a 3D print?
A. It all depends how busy the printers are. 3D printing is very slow, so it could be a day or two.
